Training formats

Trainings are customized to the specific issues, situation and needs of your organisation. As such, a wide range of formats are available for you.

The most common formats include:

  • Half-day training
  • Full day
  • 2 day

Web accessibility training

Training sessions have a direct relevance to your company and your needs, often relying on examples from your own websites. Attendees will leave the training with the tools to implement or improve accessibility in all your projects.

A variety of topics can be covered. Topics such as basic introduction to web accessibility, common accessibility pitfalls and how to fix them, hands-on accessibility testing, or even more complex topics such as security or JavaScript.

Disability awareness training

People and organizations want to do right. But it is often difficult to understand all the impairments and disabilities, how they impact people and their ability to function (on the web or otherwise), and the (apparently) ever-changing vocabulary of disability. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of disability, and having worked with people who have a wide range of impairments, Nicolas Steenhout is an engaging speaker that will make it easy for you to understand what issues are present and what you can do to eliminate barriers.
